WOMEN IN TECH

Since our first edition Viva Technology has sought to remedy the persistent underrepresentation of women in the tech sector, where fewer than 10% of women run startups. VivaTech has set a goal of total gender parity among our speakers over the next two or three years, with women accounting for more than 40% of speakers at this year’s edition.

• The EU Prize for Women Innovators in the presence of Carlos Moedas, European Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation
